Alright my League of Shadowers, I hope you're feeling good and sore without any tweaks or bodily harm. This week is recover week, so be sure to take your percentages down on the heavy lifts. As for the circuits, keep those the same but decrease your weight on them by 10 - 15 lbs. If you are feeling antsy and you really want to workout, don't worry, that is a good feeling to have. You don't want a recovery week to be an entire seven days of pain from the previous. For those of you doing the Robin versions, keep that up. Your exercises aren't going to be as muscle tearing as the Batman version, so you're safe to continue your training.
Tightness is good, and remember to stretch. Next week we'll change up the circuits a bit and incorporate more fight stuff where needed. You're 1/3rd of the way through. If you aren't seeing body changing results yet, don't fret, those normally won't come until later in the program. Unless, of course, you have a nutritionist working for you. Diet is 80% of body change anyhow, so I hope you're all getting the calories you need, and neglecting the ones you don't.
